parts dont work and they still wanna charge me for the labor

I needed parts for my truck and I was 100 miles away. I called and explained my urgent need and the parts were delivered by UPS within about 20 hours. The parts were exactly what I needed and since then I have purchased from them a couple of other times and as long as they have what I need I will continue to purchase from them without even checking with others. Great people.
